MY FIRST ICE CREAM CONE EVER!!!

SUNDAY SWEET GIRL!!

Normal Sunday--grocery shopping, lunch, nap!! Playtime and bath and bedtime. Laundry and cleaning and packing to leave for Spokane for the week! Gretchie loved Children's Church today.

Saturday-Parade and Car Show!

As you can see by me not posting for a week and that everyday has been packed and full of activity in the last two weeks! Saturday we left at 9 am--went to BKing and the parade in Umatilla at 10:30-afterwards we went to the marina sat and ate hotdogs and Gretchie played with Emma(21 months ) (Lance and Stephanie's )and Emillio (3)(Tessa's) She had fun!! We then drove to Hot Dessert Nights Car Show in Richland (30 min) WE HAVE GONE EVERY YEAR!! The weather was nice and not to hot!! Of course she fell asleep on the way there at 1:00 ish so we found a parking spot and sat in the car until two--we transferred her to the stroller--and went through the park looking at the classic cars! She slept another 45 min----nice nap!! When she woke up she played on the swings /slide for two hours! Lee talked to his brother. We went to Costco and got caught in a terrible downpour with rain and wind-, thunder and lightening--it was pretty cool! Lee ran and got the car as we waited ---I put a box over G head and she was singing ITS RAINING ITS POURING-(pic are in my cell phone)-When Lee pulled up I tossed her into the front seat with daddy--slammed the door(ON MY JAW---ouch!!!) Threw our cheese and other stuff into the trunk--I was drenched!! Gretchie had crawled into the backseat carseat and we took off--Lee stopped at Barnes and Noble as we sat in the car and then I ran into Petsmart as they stayed in the car! Dinner at Taco Time and home by 7:30 pm----what a fun day and another LONG DAY !!! Bath and bed----ahhh!

Wow-when I started looking for daddy and G photos I was only going to download two--yeah right! Her daddy is very special to her and they have a specil bond! I made a photo book of daddy and G at shutterfly of the first year. I wanted to make volume two!! But obviously I haven't had time to even post a few photos on here----

Friday after we made jam--we went to dinner at the Mexican restraunt and then Dairy Queen! Gretchie had a dilly bar all her own until I see her switch Nana for a icecream cone! That girl---was very entertaining!!!

Friday morning bright and early mommy put me in the car at 6:30 AM!!

We were going to Walla Walla with daddy . We planned on making strawberry jam with Nana! We dropped him off at work by 8 am--ate breakfast at Nana's then went downtown to mom's favorite consignment store to find me a bathing suit! The store did not open until ten so we had ten minutes to play at the little park on the side of the store! We then shopped (bought nothing). Went back to Nana's to put the flat of stawberries that was delivered in the cool house--went out to Klicker fruit store to get 22 more pounds of strawberries! Made lunch and suprise daddy came to eat lunch with us!! We then strated making the jam-----mommy took me on a ride to get me to sleep---and we stopped at Kmart to check out their bathing suit selection---G fell asleep 6 min on the way home from Kmart! When I transferred her into Nanas house she woke up---UGH! Of course Cole and Aunt Sheila were there so NO WAY was I going to be successful again----about 3:30we went to Wmart to get more pectin for the jam and G collapsed into the cart -closed her eyes and slept 50 min!! TOOO CUTE!! (why do they fight it so and by now she could have been awake from a nap and her cute self???) On the way back to Nana's ......... I get a phone call from Lee--(4:30) Are you comng to get me?? OOPS --I totally forgot to pick daddy up from work!! So we dropped Nana off got Lee -finished the jam and went to dinner at the Mexican restraunt with papa nana uncle scott aunt sheila cousin blake (17). G and Blake colored while we ate dinner. It was cute listening to her talk with her cousin and I got no picture! We went to DQ and then back to Nana and Papa's to divide the jam up and get jammies on for the ride home! What a fun **fun **fun Friday and got home at 10:45 pm!
