We have had so much snow this week--We went to Baby Boogie , Storytime and McDonalds with Isabella and her mommy, and then Awana Wed night and it snowed all day Thursday and Friday---we played inside Thursday and had a pajama day ( that was a first). Mommy rationed me out on milk and I could only have a sippie at nap and bed!! She did very good for a 3yr old and had the right amount before daddy came home on Saturday! We decided not to drive the two hours to Yakima on Friday for daddys company Christmas party and my mommy was bummed out --free dinner and she loves parties!! Daddy took Uncle Sid instead and had a great time!! So we stayed inside from Wed night to Saturday---Mommy could not shovel us out with her condition and our driveway is on a slant she was afraid the car would get stuck or high centered where the snow plow had come through!! She had to ration herself IB profin!! All the joys of SNOW!!! Daddy was such a nice face to see after he went to Costco and got us stuff on Saturday! Gretchie helped daddy shovel with her broom--teehhee !We went grocery shopping and the SNOW started falling again on Saturday/Sunday!! We also tried to find a sled----no luck-in our town after a foot or more of snow!!

Mommy picked up my portraits and spent $82 on groceries---she must have been stockin up on extra stuff! Sunday morning was BEAUTIFUL!!! We made it to church and it still was coming down!! I dressed Gretchie in black velvety pants and a lime shirt with her snow boots---after church she was telling me her friends asked if she had a pretty dress and she replies to them---NO I just wore clothes today because there was too much snow----HA!! AT THREE they are discussing clothes!! We stayed for soup and muffins and G always has fun with her friends!!

Pajama Princess!

I have not been loading pictures in the last two weeks and have been too tired or sore to sit at the computer--or Lee has been on the computer (ha--I always say its good to share Gretchen--but come on my computer--do I have to share??? Just kidding) Also my subject I take photos of has really been SICK of the flash (do you blame her??) I don't think I have taken a full view face for at least a week and half--she runs from the camera. I have used two memorycards and have had to use tape on the battery to keep it closed! Poor camera has been used to up!! Busy with Christmas preparation and a camera that has been really not been working that great all lead to my blogging slackness!!

HOW IS THAT FOR AN EXCUSE!!!

I took these three pajamma photos one night last week -I was wrapping gifts and G was being super cute!!! She misses her daddy and so do I during the week-----he has been taking 4 day weekends which have been nice but will end in Januaray! I probably have lost all my 5 readers to this blog!!

****I curled her hair and she loved twirling in her pretty red dress!! Lately when I say I love your shirt or article of clothes she runs and says I dont want to be pretty! I say SORRY God made you that way and those BIG BROWN EYES SMILE BACK!!! HA!!! Her hair looks so pretty brushed and I rarely get the chance to do that!! After church we took the dress off for nap and then her photos were taken at 4 pm--She actually did ok--we took Daddy (which he hates pictures of him taken) So I was not sure if that was a good thing or not but worked fine! Gretchen actually smiled a few good poses (I will post the pose we chose when we get them back on the Dec 19th) She then had a cheesy grin the rest of the time--so it actually was easy to pick the one we liked! By the way--I bought the dress at a consignment store for 5.99--whoa I really splurged!! heee!

Where do I start---I got some online shopping done last night! Gretchie was ASLEEP by 6:45 pm--slept until 6:48 am!! What a enjoyable evening---We have decorated our tree twice and counting!! Oh the joy of a tree when you are three!!! The lace angels have decided to fly through the livingroom a couple times---oh the fun! Her new favorite toy is the cloth mangar scene and will play with it for hours!!! (I need to get her the Little People Mangar Set) She thinks mommy can play "JESUS" with her as I am lying on the couch in pain!! Thankful for Lee coming home Thursday night and taking Friday and Moday off this weekend!! I asked her today what should we get daddy for Christmas---She says I think daddy would like a rhinosaruas toy! (Now she had in her head we were giving daddy a rhino birthday party (OCT 30) and so we made an apple pie and put a toy rhino on top!!! Her sweet spirit when I have been on my couch most of the week brings me to a greater blessing she is to our family!! It will be ok mommy which leg can I rub as I am trying not to yell with pain! Then in the next breath she says I know I know it hurts take a deep breath and daddy will be home tomorrow!!!

So -----THE RELATOR IS SHOWING OUR HOUSE AGAIN TONIGHT!!!! The 2nd time --last Thursday and Wednesday 12/10!! I am really wanting it to sell and looking forard to be TOGETHER once again--

As I sit in my CLEAN CLEAN house and the TO DO list grows --I am thankful for small things like putting my soxs on daily which I could not do the past couple days! Being able to pick up a empty oj can off the floor and scrubbing all my pots and pans and loading the dishwasher (which my husband did the huge stack I have in the photo before he left Sunday night!

Thankful for a loving supportive and hard working husband.

Thankful for a daughter who is the light of our LIFE!!! Brings a smile to my heart!! Her love for elephants and imagination is beyond funny!!

Thankful for the season and the TRUE meaning --and what the Lord has given us!!
