Last Thursday ended up to be a BLAST!! We went to lunch with Maria ad Norah (4 years old) at a Mexican Restrauant--went to their house so the girls could play and then home at 3:15 pm--(no pictures) The library was having a teddy bear parade at 4 pm --which included the 3 Bear Story and a craft and then going on a bear hunt walk through the library and 2 stories on the overhead and then games (BINGO *PIN NOSE ON BEAR AND MORE-)-all Gretchie played was the Bear Walk with music (cake walk) The kids then got to decorate sugar bear cookies with frosting and gummy bears! VERY FUN!! She was having so much fun with her friends --I spontaneously invited them over and ordered pizza about 5:45 pm----OK!! It sounds like a great idea but when the other two moms had not given their 2/3 year olds naps and G usually crashes about 7 ish when she had no nap! I made it clear she was going to bed by 7:30 pm!! Gretchie and the girls played in the jumpy house and had fun-they played dress up and were so cute until the BIG MELTDOWN!! The other two left crying and one was screaming---When we said goodbye and shut the door at 7:52 pm---Gretchie looks at me and says MOmmy the girls did not want to leave my house and I dont like crying!!! It easily could have been her crying! I had her pj in my hand when we cleaned up the dress up clothes and did say---Do you two need pj for the ride home--ha--plain and clear! Gretchen was asleep on the floor 6 minutes after we closed the door! That included taking her princess dress off and jammies on!!! WHEW!! Talk about exaustion!!!!
