OH MY!
We had a heat**wave Friday, Saturday and Sunday and then yesterday the temp was down to 100 degrees and today low 80's !!! Early evening we had thunder and lightening and some rain! We had a nice relaxing weekend hanging out and watching the Olympics under the A.C.!! Gretchen loves watching diving and track and field and gymnastics! Lee stayed home Sunday morning from church and volunteered to keep G---IT WAS SO NICE!! I sat through a whole church service without any interuption from a two and half year old!! Oh the joy of motherhood! I went to WalMart three times Sunday and even took G with me the 2nd time for grocery shopping! She is a great shopper and HELPS with holding the list-finding it on the shelf and putting the food on the counter and then wants to help with the debit card tooo--I would not put it past smartie pants to know my pin number!!! The third time to WMart I made some cute birthday invitations for our little almost three year old!!! Monday we did laundry and played at home! We went swimming and then it got stormy so we finished in the bathtub!!! Tuesday we ran errands bank,veg. stand,park gas--YOO Hooo--gas went down to 3.99 a gallon! NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEE THAT PRICE! Waiting patiently to go to Spokane on Thursday---G is so excited to go to Papa and Amma's ---she is bringing her favorite movie ICE AGE so Papa can see it!!!

Sounds like a nice weekend! Wow, gas prices are still really high for you guys. They are down to 3.53 here. Have fun with Amma and Papa!
