TRYING TO PEDAL UPHILL********
ON FLAT GROUND I CAN PEDAL****I AM THREE*** HER COMMENT ALWAYS!!WHOOOO---Yesterday (Mon Nov. 17) we got home from Walla Walla earlier than normal 3 pm so Gretchie asked to ride her bike!! Well She usually rides her bike down the slanted curb around our house and we push it back up and she rides back down--I could not lean over to help her yesterday so she was on the flat part and started pedalling BY HERSELF!! I was super excited----when she learned to walk at 14 months I cried--this was not that overwhelming but my baby is growing up-----Tonight she was riding the bike across the kitchen but I had to laugh she would ride it one direction and get off and push it back to the other side of the kitchen she had started at---then came the challenge pedalling across the carpet--she did do it after much determination!! We might have to move the seat back her knees are hitting the handlebars-----

Love Gretchen's bike! How funny that we both did bike posts on the same day. Well, they do say great minds think alike!! Good for Gretchen for riding on the carpet...John skipped that and just rode in the kitchen.
