Buddies at the Beach!

Tuesday we went to meet 6 other moms and one dad (OUR COOK) and 11 kids at the beach! Mommy had in her mind a different beach and we were busy along the highway singing Down By the Bay and she missed the turnoff to the beach! We were already late because Ice Age could not be turned off (ha) SO.........after mom finally found a turn around spot 6 or 7 miles out of our way---we pull up to the beach and I yell WHERE ARE MY FRIENDS??? Mommy was at the wrong beach and we were headed toward the right place when we missed the turnoff in the first place! So when we got to the RIGHt beach I was sooooo excited!! I yell to my friends I AM COMING!! They could not hear me --and mommy had to convince me I needed my suit on before we got to the water! When we got down to the people--I told mommy I don't like this--(could have been the sand on the princess toes but I think it was the 3 huge dogs that were shaking their wet fur in front of her!!! Took her awhile to uncling herself to me!! We had a blast and she dug in the sand and played with Hailey in the water and ate lunch!!! One funny story......I hear G yelling HELP MOMMY! Well to tell you the truth I hear this alot so I do not go right away so I kept talking --the yell turned to panic!! I look over and she is standing on one foot with a broken sandal in the hot sand!!! I had an extra set of shoes in the van------ yeah!!! WHAT A BLAST AT THE BEACH WITH ALL OUR BUDDIES!!!!
