Today after we won our Grand Prize---we went to the book sale at the library since it was 1 pm we got to fill a sack for only $1.00 --with books!
Let me add --I packed up boxes of books this week at home---we filled two sacks at the library! Gretchen got a Barney book, two princess books and a Courdry (bear) and one on Easter! She was sooo good but very tired! She was rolling her puppy in the umbrella stroller the whole time we were there! She was asleep minutes after we got home---as soon as she woke up we went to WalMart to do our weekly grocery shopping and Miss G got a new pair of DORA sunglasses!! She was so cute trying them on and very excited when we handed them to the lady to pay---What is cuter than a two year old wearing sunglasses and so appreciative!!! She wore them through the dollar store and then at one point said mommy you need a pair---yes--I got a pair at the dollar store (I just lose them so why get an expensive pair!) Had to leave daddy to buy the cart full of stuff to run over to Big Lots to go potty! She says mommy where are your glasses! She kept saying I like my glasses they keep the sun out! Mommy please take a picture of me--- and I did not have my camera---so I took a picture with the cell phone---she wanted to see so I handed it to her and she then replies CHEESE SMILE MOMMY I TAKE PICTURE OF YOUR GLASSES!!! Wore them while she played in the yard! She also was totally amazed how the automatic windows worked in the car----HOW DID YOU DO THAT DADDY?? Ahhh---Do it again!! The small joys of windows---and DORA sunglasses!!! I am posting a photo when she was 9 months when I bought her the first pair of glasses and hated them when I tried them on in the car!
