TARGET TUESDAY!

WE LOVE TARGET!! We took daddy to class at 8 am and went to get gas for the van! I slept from 9:15 pm to 6:15 am---I sat up once but mommy said lay down and I did! I slept in my pink butterfly sleeping bag! I was not cooperating with getting dressed this morning because yesterday I got to wear jammies when we left on our trip---so why? was mommy making me get dressed to take daddy to class! ?? We got to Target and she insisted I get dressed ---I insisted it was cold and I wanted to stay in the van-and wear my jammies----after much talking and explaining I then cooperated!

Well ..........maybe mommy bribed me with butterscotch chips dangled in front of my face!! WHATEVER WORKS--uh!! I literally was getting nowhere with her---and thought the shopping trip would be disastrous with a start like this!! CAN YOU BELIEVE WE WERE AT TARGET TWO HOURS!!! We started by picking a cool cart where you an sit up in front.

It was hard for mommy to drive and I laughed at her driving cart skills! Then I got out while she shopped in my dept. She found two size 3 shirts -short sleeve for .98 each---yah! She then bought a cute $4 brown one that said Bear Hugs!!! Mommy its time to take those onsies you still put me in the drawer for my sister!! I played with a baby toy (elephant and baby) that sang this cute song---mommy heard it at least hundred times before she put it back on the shelf---I then played in the baby doll aisle and found this cute baby carrier and was singing ROCK-A -BYE BABY!! We then found the coolest elephants on the next aisle--they were real looking and I lined 6 of them up and found a cute baby elephant! I played a good thirty minutes--and had them hanging off the side of a kitchen set!!! Mommy told me to put the elephants down for a nap and off we went! She wanted to pay for one--she said but the nap idea worked great!! We then went swimming back at the hotel for 40 minutes--sunggled and ate hot pockets and nap for two hours!!! More cartoons and went to get daddy at 4:30--WHAT THE VACATION LIFE!!! Red Robin for dinner---and I ate near nothing! Our track record at Red Robin for some reason is NOT GOOD AT ALL--she starts out great and then wants to be held 15 minutes into dinner---(EXPLAIN THAT ONE DR. PHIL?-no other restaurant just Red Robin since she was little) She did it tonight but we talked her out of it quickly---KIDS??? Family Storytime at the library at 6:30 --love it!! They had a marionette and cute songs!! We also bought two books for .50 each---I love kids books---like I have boxes and boxes and boxes of classroom books--Did I say I had many ,many boxes! OK -got the point--but .50 cents!! We also found 4 cute videos for 1.50 each!! BED AWESOME! (before 9 pm)
