Today I played a very long time with the soft navity scence Nana gave me last Christmas! I love the little baby Jesus and hold and rock him in my arms. We cleared a place on a small table to put it and I added other animals from my toys. I am learning the song Away in a manger........I love to sing and have mommy sing it over and over!
Gretchen has such a sweet tender heart and our prayer is she learns the real meaning of Christmas. I see her playing with the baby and giving it kisses and even role playing Mary and Joesph taking care of baby Jesus!
