Daddy put my headboard and footboard on my big girl bed this afternoon! I was trying to help--in my own way and kept getting in the way--I helped carry the headboard and footboard from the spare room into my room. We had ordered side rails about ten days ago and picked them up today. I oohed and ahhed when the big poster poles went on--
But when my old bed was moved and the pillows started coming off to move the mattress I started crying I wanted them back on. Until mommy and daddy told me to sit on the pillows and watch! I liked the new look of my bed! Its a little taller and when the guard rail went back on and I tried to climb out I yelled I am stuck! (she wasn't and I had to laugh at my drama queen). "G" is a pro at climbing out of bed and I don't think that will deter her from climbing out!!
